Eater Dallas featured Chef Tim Love in their article, “Road Trippers Will Soon Be Able to Pay $3 for a Gas Station PB&J Created by Tim Love.”

“Love announced his partnership with Pilot Flying J last year, with the aim of bring chef-created food to an environment that is generally free of fancy ingredients or techniques. Gas station diners will soon be able to score Love’s PB&J for $3, or $4 with a bag of Lay’s kettle chips, arguably a bargain compared to other healthy options.”

The PB&J will be available for only three weeks in Fort Worth and Weatherford locations. If the project is a success, the sandwich will be rolled out to the other Pilot Flying J locations in the Southwest along with the rest of Love’s line of gas station fare.
