The Chef and Restaurateur will Host the First of a Four-Part Dinner Series in his Office Test Kitchen
Fort Worth, TX (January 7, 2016)—Famed for his collection of restaurants throughout Texas and his signature Urban Western cuisine, chef Tim Love will be showcasing his broad culinary range with the Italian pop-up, Ufficio – the first installation of a four-part pop-up series, each focusing on a different cuisine and culture. Ufficio will be open for service from January 27-30, with reservations available from 6PM-9PM, in Love’s Fort Worth test kitchen (http://timlovecatering.com/test-kitchen/; 713 N. Main Street, Fort Worth, TX 76104).
Ufficio marries Love’s wood-fired grilling expertise with classic Italian flavors to create a variety of distinct dishes showcasing Love’s innovative and vibrant approach. The six-course menu will be offered at $85 per person – before tax and gratuity – including an introductory cocktail, 2 glasses of wine, and Montenegro Amaro and coffee to close the meal. Food items will be divided by categories including: Crudo, Antipasti, Fettine, Primi, Secondi, and Dolce. Guests can choose to imbibe on an authentic Aperol Spritzer or Prosecco to begin, while a selection of specially curated Italian wines can be enjoyed with courses to follow. Additional wine options and cocktails will be available for purchase.
