The article lists all of Tim’s restaurants and says he and winemaker Austin Hope have “hopped on one of the hottest trends in the beverage industry” with their creation of a new American-made rose, “Love and Hope.” The Q&A is lighthearted and touches on things like Tim’s spirit animal (unicorn), why TV and movies can’t fully portray chef life, and his advice for anyone who wants to be a chef.
