The Daily Meal ran an article titled “10 Questions with Texas chef Tim Love,” featuring a Q&A between writer Heidi Carter and Tim at Music City Food + Wine 2016. The article lists all of Tim’s restaurants and says he and winemaker Austin Hope have “hopped on one of the hottest trends in the beverage industry” with their creation of a new American-made rose, “Love and Hope.” The Q&A is lighthearted and touches on things like Tim’s spirit animal (unicorn), why TV and movies can’t fully portray chef life, and his advice for anyone who wants to be a chef.
