The broadcast opens by saying Tim is “bringing new life to the Old City,” and goes on to call Lonesome Dove “perhaps the most adventurous dining experience in Knoxville.” In an interview with Haynes, Tim shares about his college roots in Knoxville and his journey to becoming a chef, then takes her into the kitchen to show her how to make his signature Elk Loin. A second segment follows, highlighting Back Dough as the go-to spot for late-night eats, and the broadcast also plugs Tim’s charitable buy-one, donate-one turkey program this Thanksgiving.
